Director of Nursing Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their Hospice location in the Boston, MA area.
A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Director of Nursing Job Requirements
- Medicare Hospice leadership experience as an RN.
- Excellent understanding of state / federal hospice regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Hire, train, mentor staff.
