SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Supports Penn State Health Saint Joseph leaders and staff to ensure full compliance with state licensure regulations, hospital conditions of participation, and accreditation standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master's degree in a Healthcare or job-related field required.
• 5 years of related healthcare experience is required.
• Registered Nurse PA License required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
