Key Responsibilities : Lead the redesign and oversight of the customer lifecycle strategy to ensure value realization at every stageDefine and execute a customer engagement strategy while overseeing operational infrastructure for efficiencyDesign and implement strategic customer programs to drive engagement, advocacy, and retentionQualifications : 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, success, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven success in managing customer lifecycle and operations within a SaaS or high-growth technology environmentStrong expertise in customer insights, data analytics, and operational optimizationExperience with Customer Success tools and data / analytics platformsDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement initiatives
