A leading Aerospace aftermarket fulfillment company in San Diego is seeking a dynamic and experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead service delivery managing RFQs (Request for Quotes) from clients with skill in pricing, sourcing, negotiating, procurement and delivery.
This role includes support of a Procurement Specialist.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
RFQ Management :
Respond promptly to RFQs from aerospace clients, understand the urgency and criticality of each request.
Source and provide accurate quotes for hard-to-find parts, including legacy components and parts that may require new production.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms of service with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
Sourcing & Vendor Coordination :
- Work closely with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and third-party suppliers to locate or manufacture aerospace parts.
- Ensure that all parts sourced or produced meet the required specifications and documentation standards (such as FAA, EASA, or other regulatory requirements).
Documentation & Compliance :
- Ensure all parts are accompanied by proper documentation (e.g., certifications, traceability, and service records) to meet strict aerospace regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, contracts, and client interactions.
Market Analysis & Strategy :
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in aerospace aftermarket services, including new regulations, technological advancements, and sourcing challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and develop new business strategies.

- Base Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
- Strong sales commission package
- On plan" target puts total package up to $175,000
