Job Title : Service Technician - Entry Level
Pay Scale : $ Total compensation package up to and possibly exceeding $50k annually.
Work Hours : 7 : 30am - 5 : 30pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)
Primary Job Function : To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Reports to : Service Manager

Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Enroll in HVAC course and / or in house training programs
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- Great Communication Skills
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Universal EPA Certification - required
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School - required
- Clean driving record
- Possess tools needed
