Outpatient
- Call : Phone Calls for a Week, Once every 2 Months - No Call for first Months
- Schedule : M-F 9am-5pm - Flexibility that some Days may go Longer or Shorter
- Approx. 18-22 ppd
- Seeing Ages 18+
- Licensed in New York and DEA or willing to obtain
- Salary, 3 Weeks PTO, 1 Week Sick Time, Major Holidays Paid, K, Health, Dental, Vision Options, CME, and More
