The Department of Medical Oncology and Therapeutics Research at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking a medical oncologistwho, in addition to general oncology, also has experience with GU Oncology.

PrimaryResponsibilities :

Full-timehours, working with a renowned urology group and dynamic medical oncology group

oPrimary clinical responsibility in the care of patients with prostate cancer, renal cell cancer, bladder cancer and other GU malignancies

oProtected research / academic time in a highly translational research environment with extensive clinical trial infrastructure

Teaching responsibilities, training both fellows specializing in the broader area of medical oncology as well as fellows training for a career specifically in GU oncology

• Clinic based at Duarte main campus and San Gabriel Valley Network site
• Protected research / academic time in a highly translational research environment with extensive clinical trial infrastructure

City of Hope adds up to 20% of salary to your retirement account (NOT a match you don’t contribute a penny) each year, up to $61,000

oAnnual academic improvement fund up to $5,000

Base Salary : $300k - $400k (base pay commensurate with qualified academic rank). Additional recruitment incentives available!

oThe salary range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.

Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital / community need and other factors.

• Physicians working for City of Hope Medical Group are now eligible to apply for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
• Relocation offered on a case-by-case basis
