job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWeekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Provide primary care services, including adult outpatient and newborn care Perform general outpatient pediatric procedures Conduct gynecological procedures such as pelvic exams and pap smears, if needed Conduct minor surgical procedures including suturing and incision drainage Manage uncomplicated adult psychiatric cases Board Certified or Board Eligible Active Virginia state medical license Current BLS certification Three eight-hour shifts weekly; exact days and times can be flexible based on provider availability Proficiency in using Epic EMR for documentation Ability to work independently in a rural setting Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with a diverse patient population Competency in the required medical procedures
