DispatchHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA) to deliver hospital-level care to patients in their homes as an alternative to hospitalization.
This role involves providing acute, hospital-level, and post-acute internal medicine care, creating multidisciplinary care plans, and participating in program enhancement and quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of hospitalist or hospitalist equivalent experience, current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, national board certification, and current BLS / ACLS certification.
