WeVett Home Loans is a fast-growing business looking to add a high performing loan processor to help us build our processing division. Have a knack for numbers and superior people skills? You’re the type of person we’re looking for. Possess a winning attitude and are proactive? Even better. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, a solid work ethic, and a strong desire to learn. This is a very team-oriented position, and we work closely together.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Providing elite service to internal and external clients.
• Communicating with loan officers and clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message.
• Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy, and procedures of the business.
• Applying knowledge and judgment to proactively anticipate needs of the lender, clients, and real estate transaction parties.
• Developing strong computer skills, including the extensive use of web-based applications.
• Creating new systems and processes for improving the client experience.
• Managing multiple priorities while building rapport with clients.
• Option of working in-office, fully remote, or hybrid.
