We started our journey at the Dallas Farmers Market and have since expanded into a growing brand with a dedicated storefront and a loyal customer base.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to oversee our flagship location in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This position is responsible for daily store operations, inventory management, team leadership, and event coordination. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the CEO and have opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the Dallas storefront, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and develop store employees to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and communicate with the CEO on product needs.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, including private candle-making workshops.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers.
- Drive sales and implement strategies to reach store goals.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and merchandising reflect our luxury brand.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate events and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Passion for luxury products and creating memorable in-store experiences.
- Available to work Wednesday - Sunday.
