Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift (7a–7p)

Pay : $33 / hr – $57 / hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do :

Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care in the Inpatient Rehab Unit.

Apply evidence-based nursing practices and clinical standards to optimize patient outcomes.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure patients' recovery goals are met.

Serve as a mentor and preceptor for other nursing staff, fostering professional growth.

Document care accurately and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.

What We're Looking For :

RN license (Georgia or Multi-State Compact).

Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

BLS certification (Instructor accepted).

Minimum 5 years of RN experience; direct patient care experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure.
