OC Veterinary Medical Center is a modern, PRIVATELY OWNED, progressive, full-service veterinary hospital in beautiful Orange, CA.

We prioritize compassion and excellence in caring for our pet patients and their owners. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully digitized and integrated, offering in-house ultrasound, radiography, lab testing, dentistry, and surgical specialties, including orthopedic procedures and rehabilitation therapy.

We have a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine specialist who come to the hospital frequently, as well as a veterinarian who exclusive to surgery.

We also provide hospice care and scheduled house calls. We believe in continuing education, work-life balance, and maintaining wellbeing.

Full-time would be 4 workdays allowing plenty of time for activities outside of work.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Veterinary Technician or well experienced veterinary assistant at OC Veterinary Medical Center.

The role involves assisting in animal care, performing veterinary technology tasks, educating clients, providing anesthesia support, and ensuring proper pet care.

Animal Care and Veterinary Technology skills
Client Education abilities
Anesthesia expertise
Pet Care knowledge
Experience in a veterinary setting
Certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician is desired but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team
