Outpatient Physical Therapist
PRN - Days Hours vary between 8 am - 6 : 30 pm
Under the general supervision of the department Supervisor in Rehabilitation Services and according to established policies and procedures, the Staff Physical Therapist will :
- conduct patient initial evaluation, reassessments, and discharge summary for all populations served; administer patient treatment based upon evaluation and / or reassessment;
- complete required documentation in a timely fashion; maintain productivity at departmental standard; delegate tasks appropriately to personnel;
- participate in the case management of patients’ / clients’ rehabilitation services; perform non-clinical tasks and demonstrate work habits to support effective daily operations;
participate in one to two departmental, hospital, and / or community programs / meetings; and teach, orient, train, supervise and mentor co-workers, new employees, volunteers, observers, and a minimum of one student annually.
Education : Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Licensure : Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.
