Hifi buys is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our retail team! We are proud to offer our clients some of the best A / V lines in the nation.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be interfacing daily with customers by answering questions about our product and services.
Our sales staff is one of the most knowledgeable around. They have acquired this knowledge by constantly handling the products we offer , learning from veteran staff members, and continuing education on new products.
It will be your job to help customers choose the best products for their lifestyle. Our sales staff also manages the displays, products, and tidiness on the sales floor.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, answer questions, engage customers with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service
- Guide customers to merchandise within the store
- Organize and maintain orderly appearance throughout the showroom floor
- Strong product knowledge
- Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Passionately seek out customers in the store
- Build customer relationships
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members
