Residential Maintenance Technician

Accountable Task
- Make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall / woodwork, remodel repairs, and appliances.
- Operate a floor machine that waxes and buffs
- Paint using paint sprayer and / or roller brush
- Lay and / or replace vinyl flooring
- Address post-occupancy repair / renovation and maintenance issues
- Work in tandem with the local property management team and the fund's Director of Maintenance
- Coordinate technicians and vendors to complete work orders,
- Address punch lists and correct other deficiencies in occupied properties
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have handyman tools
- Must be able to work as a team
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Organization
- Ability to utilize technology to communicate effectively and schedule appointments
- Clean background check
- Knowledge of all types of construction repairs and renovation
Education
High School Diploma or 5 years applicable experience preferred.
