Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock the future of product innovation and help shape how clients experience our offerings with the right pricing and positioning.

As a Vice President Innovation Economy Card Project Manager in Global Payments Solutions, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products.

As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products.

Job responsibilities

  • Define the card solution strategy and roadmap to support startups in the Innovation Economy, coordinate and prioritize product needs to support investment processes, and define and track metrics to showcase success
  • Partner closely and maintain feedback loop with Sales, Onboarding, Service teams, etc.; refine end-to-end delivery model and drive process improvement for solution set
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
  • Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
  • Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
  • Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, Payments, or Project Management
  • Project management, corporate, tech, startup, or consulting experience, with a focus on growth strategy, operational, or product efforts
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Strong sense of organization with experience building and maintaining complex process flows
  • Strategic thinker with a comfort with ambiguity - ability to leverage data to make decisions and translate visions into a story that resonates with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BA / BS business degree or a related discipline
  • Experience with payments, card products, or spend / expense management
  • Experience with project management
