Healthcare Associate Attorney
Lateral Link is assisting a Chambers-ranked healthcare and life sciences practice at a leading AmLaw firm that is seeing a robust influx of new matters from exciting developments in the field.
The group is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
The team is working on cutting edge issues for developers of digital health, technology, and AI based products and services (among others) and need a talented associate in several key offices to support in primary areas, including licensing, privacy, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement issues, and government investigations.
Associates will have the opportunity for substantial client contact to directly navigate and counsel on novel legal issues.
There is plenty of work to go around.
Often, the attorneys feel like an extension of their clients because of how they uniquely practice.
A background in healthcare regulatory, transactions and / or litigation is required, along with strong familiarity of how healthcare services are paid and reimbursed.
The candidate should understands how healthcare services work.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and able to pivot when needed.
There is ample support and mentorship from senior partners as well as room to grow your career in niche areas according to your particular interest.
