Job Responsibilities
Serves as a link between the Executive Director and the rest of the staff, contributing to better organization and planning and helping leaders be more effective in their roles.
Establishing partnerships within the community adding allies and support to participants / programs
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Working on strategy with the marketing team
Travel across the State of Tennessee and Southern region

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
Bachelors degree or extensive experience as a program or project manager.
Previous experience with PWUD and / or Marginalized communities is a strong preference.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and virtual video software preferred.
Previous experience with email, the internet, and social media.
