The Entry Level Business Consultant will focus on driving best practices in the areas of sales, operations, marketing, and other key team business functions.
Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization’s development and growth as a primary front-line team member.

Major Responsibilities
- Act as a main liaison between the client and consumers and field day-to-day questions from teams, execute community outreach campaigns, and handle requests for special reports, enrollment data, and tracking information
- Develop best practices surrounding the use of marketing systems to drive team business and community outreach objectives
- Conduct daily meetings with fellow team members to review the client's key performance objectives and design direct community outreach campaigns to achieve specified targets
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to assist with the hiring, onboarding and training of new employees
- Assist in developing product presentations and training materials for department meetings / workshops with new team members
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Strong leadership or management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple on-going assignments
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A successful track record of developing, enhancing, and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external clients
- Assist in the collection of team-specific data (e.g., promotions, etc)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, good time management, and organization skills
