The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and safe job site.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Conduct job walks to review spaces and ensure site access and conditions are prepared.

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.-Maintain and update the 4-week look-ahead schedule, communicating regularly with subcontractors.
• Make regular phone calls to verify schedules, materials, and manpower.-Schedule and manage inspections, coordinating with subcontractors for successful completion.
• Ensure job site cleanliness, organizing trash removal and maintaining a safe working environment.-Manage and procure job site materials and tools, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Handle change orders, delay notices, and daily reports through Procore.-Generate and manage punch lists to ensure project completion to client satisfaction.
• Ensure a high level of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate should possess : -5+ Years of proven experience in field supervision within the construction industry, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management software, specifically Procore.-Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.-Must pass background checks and drug screening.
