RN’s must complete a pass / fail exam during orientation (open book, based on training material). A score of 90% or higher required to pass; failure will result in termination.Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care areas — refusal to comply will result in termination.Team-based care model includes psychiatrist, RN, care manager, mental health techs, student nurse techs, recreational therapist, program therapist, chaplain, and dietary staff.Nurses should demonstrate compassion for child / adolescent mental health, strong communication and teaching skills, developmental knowledge, crisis de-escalation skills, and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds (including state wards, refugees, Hispanic, African American, etc.).About First Connect Health
