We are seeking an In Home Caregiver- CNA / HHA / PCA / HCA Looking To Start ASAP! to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.
Responsibilities :
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status, recording vital signs
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication
- Teach family members ways to care for patient
Personal Care Aide Duties :
- Bathing
- Mobility
- Transferring & Positioning
- Incontinence Care
- Medication Reminders
- Oral Hygiene
- Feeding
- Conversation & Companionship
- Some Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Errand Services
- Incidental Transportation
- Laundry & Linen Washing
- Grooming & Dressing Guidance
- Toileting
Qualifications :
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Weekly schedule (varies) :
- Monday to Friday (9 : 00am to 9 : 00pm)
- Weekends (9 : 00am to 9 : 00pm)
Salary : $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
