We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the current personal lines customers service needs and managing the prospecting pipeline.
Responsibilities :
- Manage an existing book of 200+ personal clients (with the potential to take on more clients) in their needs :
- ID Cards, Binders, Claims, Billing, Changes & general inquiries
- Prospect & present products and services to new and existing customers
- Applications, Quotes, Proposals
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Marketing renewal risks
- Check issued policies and changes for accuracy
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every client and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue growth targets.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a sales and support staff team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the products and markets and promoting ASZ's competitive differentiation, including mastering the use of ASZ's templates.
- Demonstrate the technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively to a non-insurance buyer.
- Systematically use CRM to support service and sales processes, including input of accurate and timely information relative to clients and prospects.
- Attend and actively participate in ASZ's training sessions.
- Positively and proactively represent ASZ in meetings, seminars, trade shows and networking events.
- Work collaboratively with the management team and national / regional resources to maximize results.
Knowledge / Skills :
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business
- Must be a personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented and organized individual that is driven to achieve individual sales goals.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus.
- Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence.
