Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations of the facility / facilities assigned by performing the duties below.
Also, supervises and coordinates activities of other Home Managers at the unit. Relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment to provide quality services to the people supported.
Leads and directs the work of others.
Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include :
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Prefer Home Manager experience, with a proven job performance history of being able to manage multiple responsibilities in an organized manner, meeting assigned deadlines. College training preferred.
Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included :
Regular required to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Must be able to pull a minimum of 25 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to talk and hear.

The Position : Direct Support Professional : Provides support for individuals and / or groups of persons with disabilities in the community.
Assists the person(s) receiving services in identifying and communicating his or her requests and needs for services and supports.
- Pay rate : $16+ / hr
- Schedule : we are hiring for multiple shifts / schedules
Position Requirements :
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers’ license
