As the LTAC Nursing Director you will be working in a medical center that has been recognized for its exceptional clinical quality, patient safety and service.

This wellness and rehabilitation facility was recently accredited a 5 Star for Patient Safety by CMS. Specializing in memory support, rehabilitation therapy, post acute care, memory support and pain management, the Director will have the opportunity to grow their experience and skills in a supportive and tight knit environment.

The Nurse Director will report to the experienced Executive Director, and be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the department.

The Director will lead a close knit team of RN’s while working in collaboration with other leaders to streamline methods to provide continuous high quality care for residents.

The Clinical Team is composed of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Nursing Assistants.

Within the 90+ bed facility, the Director of Long Term Acute Care will oversee every aspect of patient care and the facilities specialities such as respite care and supplementary care.

This is a supportive and familial environment, for those with the most generous hearts. The Nursing Director of Rehabilitation Services will work alongside the experienced rehabilitation staff as well as highly motivated Physicians.

Providing training opportunities, daily resident rounds and participation in facility surveys are a few responsibilities the Nursing Director of Rehabilitation Services can expect to fill their days.
