Position / Specialty : FH - Central Staffing (Med Surg / Tele, Med Surg Neuro, Telemetry)

Ratios : 4 : 1 ( with the expectation that there are times we will need to be 5 : 1 )
Years of experience REQ : 2 years - Prefer PCU experience - SCREEN strong Med Surg Cardiac Tele RN's without PCU experience
First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes
Weekend REQ : Yes every other
Certs REQ : ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? Yes as needed
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? No local travelers 50 miles or less

RTO Restrictions : Greater than 3 days will require Management approval
