Duties :
- Collaborate with senior litigators to formulate effective litigation strategies for defending medical malpractice actions.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, memos, and briefs.
- Analyze medical records to support case arguments.
- Represent clients in court and actively participate in depositions, hearings, and conferences.
- Interact with medical experts and conduct thorough legal and medical research.
- Draft motions and other legal documents.
- Work effectively with colleagues and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements :
- Must be admitted to practice in New York.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation is essential.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the New York State Bar.
Skills :
