As the Receptionist at TMZ Events, you will be the face of our company, providing a warm and professional first impression to visitors, clients, and team members alike.
Your primary responsibility is to manage the front desk and offer exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide information about company services, events, and procedures to guests and callers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
