Job Title : Packaging Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Machine Operator for our 3rd shift to oversee various operations including Alpma machines, brine systems, filling forms, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Oversee changeovers and troubleshoot filling machines
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of machine operating experience (GMP preferred)
- Experience with packaging machine operations
- Ability to adjust feeds and speeds
- Proficiency in changeovers and troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Work Environment
The facility is clean and temperature-controlled with no refrigeration. It has a pleasant smell of French fries. Training is provided from 9am-5pm for one week.
The standard shifts are : 1st shift (6am-2 : 30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10 : 30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6 : 30am).
