What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Achieve sales goals for a team of approximately fifteen direct reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and analyze sales performance metrics
- Manage lead inventory and ensure efficient use of all leads
- Facilitate team meetings and training sessions while supporting ongoing development
- Create a collaborative work environment that emphasizes trust, transparency, and inclusion
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Previous leadership experience within a contact center is preferred
- Must acquire and maintain Wisconsin Property Casualty license
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to interpret and respond to customer requests
- Experience in establishing procedures for client satisfaction in a high-volume call center
