Join our Connected Services team and help define the next generation of intelligent, connected experiences. We’re looking for a Service Designer / Experience Strategist with a strong foundation in business consulting or human factors to shape digital services that enhance safety, convenience, and connectivity across our ecosystem.

Current offerings include location, safety, reporting, and remote services — but the opportunities for innovation are growing rapidly. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business strategy and design thinking to determine what new services should be created and how they should come to life digitally.

Required skills

Creating low-fidelity wireframes
Communicating with stakeholders
Collaborating with product, engineering and UI / visual design roles

Required experience

Minimum 3 years focus on service design, UX, interaction design, experience design or related - distinct from UI / visual design

Minimum 3 years designing experiences for b2b, b2b2c or equivalently complex interactions

Minimum 1 year producing design deliverables within and for a large, matrixed organization

Minimum 1 years facilitating qualitative user research, including usability testing

Minimum 1 year producing design deliverables within an Agile or similar product operating mode
