Outsource is looking for a Receptionist with at least two years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity in Houston, TX.
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Contractor's fast paced office.

Receptionist Job :
- Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
- Answer phones and provide customer service to clients.
- Set up new clients in database.
- Create status reports and work orders for clients and the field based service team.
- Scheduling and dispatching field technicians.
- Request and manage permits.
Receptionist Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of Receptionist / Office Support experience in a SERVICE and / or CONSTRUCTION related industry.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with various computer applications.
- Microsoft Office experience including : Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Great typing / data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced office.
- Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
