Outsource is looking for a Receptionist with at least two years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity in Houston, TX.

Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Contractor's fast paced office.

E xperience working in a Service or Construction related industry a plus!

Receptionist Job :

  • Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
  • Answer phones and provide customer service to clients.
  • Set up new clients in database.
  • Create status reports and work orders for clients and the field based service team.
  • Scheduling and dispatching field technicians.
  • Request and manage permits.

Receptionist Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of Receptionist / Office Support experience in a SERVICE and / or CONSTRUCTION related industry.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with various computer applications.
  • Microsoft Office experience including : Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Great typing / data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office.
  • Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
