What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for leading project teams through inception to closeout, managing project construction / financials, scheduling, ensuring quality / schedules / safety / company policies, managing / controlling project costs, and job forecasts / reports
- Client / owner, sub, and architect coordination / relations
- Change orders, contracts, negotiations, resolve issues, manage project progress / profitability, value engineering, constructability reviews, project meetings, scope, budgets, plans / specs, and equipment / material scheduling
Qualifications
7-12+ years of Project Management experience at a General Contractor working on critical care facility construction, OSHPD 1Solid communication and client relations skillsStellar track record with team buildingConstruction technology skillsBenefits
