Shift :

Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 00PM & every 3rd Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Work Experience :

The Pharmacist Staff – Retail Pharmacy ensures medications are procured, prepared, dispensed, and administered safely and legally.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

a. Retail dispensing

b. Home health aids

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –  Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Education :

Professional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred.

License :

Wisconsin Pharmacist license required  or  temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license.

Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license.

Certifications :

BLS / CPR Certification.
