Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Grass Valley, CA, 95945 Acute inpatient / Outpatient - dysphasia experience preferred Additional Details Trauma Level Charting System Cerner of patients treated per day 8-10 General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Common diagnosis / Types of patients Inpatient Dysphagia and Cog evals. Outpatient Cog, aphasia, dysphasia, Acute inpatient and outpatient Shifts & Scheduling W,Th, F 7 : 30-6 Weekend Requirement potential 1 weekend day per month Holiday Requirement no Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
