Quality Control Specialist – Pharmaceutical Stockpile Support
Location : Atlanta, GA (onsite 2x / week)
Contract-to-Hire | 6-Month Duration
Pay Rate : $25-30 / hr
Start Date : November
A federal client of Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role supports a critical stockpile of emergency response equipment—including vaccines, medicine, masks, and ventilators—that can be deployed during public health emergencies or natural disasters.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control audits on incoming and existing warehouse inventory
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP standards
- Draft and interpret SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Maintain regulatory oversight during PHE responses
- Communicate with third-party vendors regarding product quality and compliance
- Lift up to 25 lbs and travel up to 10% as needed
