Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in Salem, Virginia.Job Description & Requirements

• Call : None – no nights, weekends, or call
• Primary Role : Standard OR anesthesia coverage under medical direction with anesthesiologists Candidate Requirements
• Board Status : Board Eligible / Board Certified
• Certification : Active NBCRNA certification required for hospital credentialing
• Experience : Open to recent graduates; spinal experience preferred but not required
• Procedures Required : - General Surgery - Endoscopy - Gynecology - Orthopedics (including spine, total joints) - Robotics (DaVinci) - Urology - OB anesthesia - Cath Lab & IR Lab
• Not Required : Cardiac, epidural, or peripheral nerve blocks Practice Details
• Setting : Main / General ORs; specialized providers may float as needed
• Care Team Model : CRNAs working under anesthesiologist medical direction
• Support Staff : RNs, Certified Surgical Technologists, limited Licensed Surgical Assistants (no APPs outside physician practices)
• Volume : 25–35 OR cases per day
• Facility : 11 ORs + 2 cardiac ORs
• Trauma : Level II (in process)
• Case Mix : - DaVinci robotics - Total joints - General surgery - GYN, breast, plastics - Urology - ENT - Pediatric dental - OB / L&D - Pain management - CVOR (only for select CRNAs with specialized training)
