Shift : 10-hour shifts, days open Monday-Saturday, 4 shifts per week, may work up to 40 hours. No on-call duty. No floating.

Experience in dialysis and chronic care settings
Job Description :
- Provide care to patients in a post-acute dialysis unit.
- Work with a team to manage up to 26 dialysis machines.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout dialysis treatments.
- Accurately document patient information using the Darwin charting system.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and compassion.
