Position Summary

The Scrum Master for Digital Projects at GPS BI&T will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Agile development process for our initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital projects. The Scrum Master will help the team adhere to Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Scrum Ceremonies : Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Agile Coaching : Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.

Metrics and KPIs : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and project progress.

Education and Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP) is a plus.

Working Conditions

Working Environment : Office-based with potential for remote work and occasional travel to project sites or other company locations.

Physical Requirements : Ability to work in a standard office environment, using a computer and other office equipment.
