Job Title : Senior Data Scientist
Location : Remote (with preference for candidates near San Francisco, CA)

About the Role :
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, working across various teams to integrate and analyze complex datasets.
Your contributions will help drive scientific hypotheses and ensure the quality of therapeutic products through detailed data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, manufacturing, and translational sciences to integrate and analyze high-dimensional data.
- Build and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis related to biomarkers, clinical outcomes, and CAR-T therapy processes.
- Ensure data quality by closely monitoring manufacturing processes and providing feedback for product optimization.
- Utilize your programming skills to develop and maintain analysis pipelines and reporting systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the biotech / pharmaceutical industry, particularly in data science or bioinformatics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, JavaScript, or Tableau.
- Experience with clinical trials and familiarity with the clinical data flow.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
