The NonITProgram Manager will be responsible for planning directing andcoordinating activities related to nonIT projects.
This includesengineering research and development financial systems and productrollout among others. The role requires strong program managementskills as well as excellent communication problemsolving and timemanagementabilities.

Coordinateprojects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directingthe integration of technicalactivities.
Present andexplain proposals reports and findings toclients.
Recruitemployees assign direct and evaluate their work and oversee thedevelopment and maintenance of staffcompetence.
Analyzetechnology resource needs and market demand to plan and assessprojectfeasibility.
Confer withmanagement production and marketing staff to discuss projectspecifications andprocedures.
Review andrecommend or approve contracts and costestimates.
5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave SkillsandQualifications :
Bachelors degreein business administration or a relatedfield.
57 years ofoverall experience in thefield.
Programmanagement endtoend experience with product launch and strategywith at least 5 years ofexperience.
ROB (RollingOperating Board) ownership experience with at least 5 years ofexperience.
Strongcommunication skills including mitigation planning adaptability infastmoving environments and experience driving conversations andprovidingupdates.
Preferred SkillsandQualifications :
PMI or PMPcertification.
