Shipping and Receiving Associate - 1st Shift - $17 / hr - Plymouth , MI

Responsibilities :
- Drive a forklift for various tasks
- Manually stack, build, and wrap orders
- Perform other duties as required by the Plant Manager
- Manage inventory and notify procurement when supplies are low.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Experience in manufacturing or food production is preferred.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Ability to read, write, and perform simple math skills
- Not suitable for individuals sensitive to smells or with asthma
As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Your day will involve driving a hilo , manually stacking, building, and wrapping orders, and taking on additional tasks as needed.
You'll work in a facility that produces a variety of flavors for popular brands like ICEE, iced teas, chocolates, and more.
Please note that the work environment has strong smells and may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to odors or those with asthma.
