Clinical Equipment Associate (MB2)
MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Clinical Equipment Associate.

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the point of contact for Clinical Equipment Coordinators for the support role.
- Maintain / update warranty on new equipment and renew extended warranties with vendors.
- Coordinate service visits from service vendors to partner offices.
- Attend meetings with the Facilities Department on office projects ranging from equipment replacement, relocations, and expansions and make updates to project management software.
- Report and update via Monday.com boards and Teams.
- Join weekly virtual meetings.
- Review repair quotes with CEC and follow through with the Service Vendor on how to proceed.
- Light travel to meet operations teams and get to know the assigned region of offices.
- Learn Equipment needs and functionality as they pertain to different dental offices and specialties.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in the dental space is required.
- Candidate must reside in the Dallas area and be in-office Full-Time.
- Must be technical, polished, and professional.
