JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
In this role, you'll leverage your 6+ years of marketing operations experience to execute impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on optimization and experimentation within a fast-paced environment.
Your mission will be to drive marketing excellence, improve customer experience, and contribute to the success of small businesses and entrepreneurs across the globe.
Lead and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on experimentation and optimization.
- Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketers to meet program objectives, offering strategic guidance for optimal results.
- Drive the marketing operations strategy for your designated lifecycle stage, managing technology and processes to deliver outcomes.
- Conduct pre and post-launch QA and testing to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate marketing program effectiveness, collaborating with Analytics to optimize and share best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Expertise in at least one marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua / Adobe AEP advantageous).
- Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on leveraging data for campaign optimization.
