Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Bid Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bidding processes related to commercial new construction and remodeling / renovations.
This role requires performing site visits, documenting existing conditions, and establishing preliminary construction schedules.
The successful candidate will coordinate bid processes, attend pre-bid meetings, and analyze proposals for scope and pricing.
A professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
- Establish preliminary construction schedules and durations
- Coordinate bid processes and attend pre-bid meetings
- Analyze proposals / bids for scope of work and secure pricing
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic
Skills and Qualifications :
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work calmly within deadlines and under pressure
- Self-starter capable of performing independently and as a team member

- No direct reports; works for the Director of Construction
Experience :
