Responsibilities

Lead onsite efforts to support the conversion of Manhattan WMOS to Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) at a high-volume distribution center.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, define solution design, and ensure a seamless migration.

Configure, test, and implement WMOS and MAWM functionality to support warehouse operations.

Provide hands-on expertise during data conversion, system integration, and go-live activities.

Support hypercare, issue resolution, and optimization post-deployment.

Mentor client teams and share best practices for leveraging Manhattan Active WM capabilities.

Criteria

8+ years of experience with Manhattan WMOS, including multi-site implementations.

Proven experience with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) migration or conversions.

Strong background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and distribution center best practices.

Experience with integration to ERP and adjacent systems (TMS, DOM, LMS).

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues.

Strong communication skills and ability to lead onsite client engagements.

Must be available for full-time onsite work in Spartanburg, SC .
