- Flexible block scheduling options
- High earning potential; sign-on bonus available
- Chose 1099 or W-2; benefits for the W-2 position
- 90% ER reads; ideally work 160 - 180 shifts a year (about 14 shifts a month)
- Large collaborative group; expectation is 80 - 100 RVUs per shift
- Strong referral patterns; H-1B visas are welcome
- Must be board certified or board eligible; malpractice paid
- Will need to obtain Tennessee and Virginia licenses; don't need a Virginia license to start
