A company is looking for an Online Doctoral Dissertation Mentor (Digital Ministry).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support online faculty while ensuring excellence in teaching and learning

Provide evaluations of student progress and assist in conflict resolution between online faculty and students

Participate in university service and support the spiritual development of faculty, staff, and students

Required Qualifications and Education

PhD, EdD, or ThM in relevant fields such as Spiritual Formation or Theological Studies

5+ years of experience using digital tools for ministry

Demonstrated strengths in teaching at the college level

Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and the Internet

Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses as required
