Job Summary
The Senior Director of Employee Communications is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing HPs internal communications strategy. This role ensures that employees across the globe are informed, inspired, and aligned with HPs purpose, values, and business priorities. The leader will drive storytelling, engagement, and change communications that foster a high-performance culture and deepen employee connection to HPs mission.

The pay range for this role is $183,650 to $293,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
